Personal data collected through our website, job applications, and service referrals is used solely for the purposes stated at the point of collection.
We do not sell or share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Applicant CV data and application information is stored securely and accessible only to authorised HR staff.
Safeguarding Policy
BrookHub is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all adults and children who use our services. We have a zero-tolerance approach to abuse in any form. All staff and volunteers undergo DBS checks and receive regular safeguarding training.

We take all complaints seriously. If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our service, please contact us in writing at info@brookhub.org. We aim to acknowledge all complaints within 5 working days and provide a full response within 28 days.
